Roles and permissions
The following users can add an approval to a risk evaluation:
Anyone with manager permissions for the risk evaluation.
Typically, approvals are configured at the assessment level, enabling them for any risk evaluations in that assessment. However, you can configure an approval for an individual risk evaluation. If approvals are enabled for the evaluation, when the evaluation is submitted, Hyperproof creates a series of approvals for the approvers listed in the approval configuration.
From the left menu, select Assessments.
Select the risk assessment containing the evaluation you want to update.
Select the Evaluations tab.
Locate and open the evaluation where you want to add an approval workflow.
In the right pane, scroll down to Automations and click the drop-down arrow to open that section.
