How the controls crosswalk view sorts the list of programs

This article explains that in the controls crosswalk view, sorting by a program orders controls based on how many requirements they are linked to, with ascending showing the fewest linked requirements first and descending showing the most.

Question

In the controls crosswalk view, it won’t sort on a program. We can sort by control ID or by requirement ID for other programs, but not for a program. How can I sort by program?

Answer

When sorting on a program column the sort order is based on the number of requirements that a control is linked to.This first screenshot is the bottom of the sorted list when it is in ascending order. So the controls that have 1 requirement linked are the top of the list, then controls that have 2 requirements linked are next, then controls that have 3 requirements linked are last.
