Save and share custom views across Hyperproof
From each module's main page, such as Controls, you can save the selected columns, sorting, and filters as a named view, then switch back to it at any time. Views are available on Tasks, Repeating Tasks, Requests, Approvals, Evaluations, Controls, Requirements, Labels, Policies, Programs, Risks, Issues, Vendors, Audits, Assessments, Hierarchical Control Scopes, and Scopes (Settings > Scopes).
A view is tied to the list type, not the page, so a Tasks view works the same everywhere Tasks appear, including inside every audit and assessment.
Each layout, for example, Controls' Grid, Card, and Crosswalks, keeps its own columns, sort, and grouping, but all layouts share filters. Column widths are not saved and remain a personal setting.
Views are private by default. Owners can share a view with all members, but only Administrators can set a shared view as the organization's default view. Anyone can duplicate a view they can see, but only the owner can edit, save changes to, or delete it.
Sharing a view shares only its configuration and doesn't change which records someone can see. Each user still sees only what their own permissions allow.
ServiceNow tasks: connect with an OAuth Client ID and Client Secret
You can connect the ServiceNow task integration without storing a user's password in Hyperproof. Choose between two ways to sign in:
Basic authentication: the existing ServiceNow username and password
(New) OAuth client credentials: Enter your ServiceNow instance, plus the Client ID and Client Secret from an Application Registry entry with the Client Credentials grant type enabled.
With client credentials, Hyperproof obtains a short-lived access token from your ServiceNow instances and renews it when it expires. The client secret is used only to obtain a token. It isn't sent on every request.
Note: This new authentication option applies only to the ServiceNow task integration.
Filter repeating tasks by ID, repetition details, and custom fields
In the Work Items > Repeating tasks grid, you can filter by repeating task ID, repetition details, and custom fields.
The repetition filter covers both kinds of repetition: schedule-based (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and so on) and event-based (for example, "On changes to control health").
Repeating task facepiles and bulk edit
Facepiles have been added to repeating tasks, allowing you to edit the list of users who can view, edit, and manage them at the Viewer, Contributor, or Manager level.
All bulk edit capabilities for repeating tasks have now been released. This includes due date, assignee, organizer, priority, members, repeats, and custom fields.
Import event-based repeating tasks
You can now import repeating tasks that repeat on an event, such as "On changes to control health," alongside schedule-based repeating tasks. Previously, only schedule-based repeating tasks could be imported. Event-based ones had to be created individually.
Email "Daily Digest" option for all notifications
For any notifications you typically receive from Hyperproof, you now have the option to receive a daily summary of those notifications, in addition to or instead of the immediate notification. You can configure notifications under Settings > Notifications > My account.
Improved browser history
With this release, the current location is now displayed in the browser tab and captured in the browser history. You can:
See the current page in the browser tabs, making it easier to navigate your open tabs
Use the history and back buttons in the browser to navigate more easily to the desired page
Policies
Import and export policies and associated links
You can now import and export policies and the object links referenced in them (controls, issues, and custom fields) in both CSV and XLSX formats. Previously, only the policy documents themselves could be exported.
Next version and review reminders for policies
The Next Review Date and Next Version Due Date fields in policies now trigger reminder emails. These notifications have customizable date preferences in Settings. Any dates you've already entered will automatically start sending reminders.
Hypersyncs and integrations

Addressed issues
Fixed an issue where navigating to an organization URL for an organization the user was no longer a member of resulted in a permanent loading screen instead of displaying a "Not found" page. (Case # 00012524)
Fixed an issue in SharePoint folder sync where LiveSync was automatically disabled on proof files after a scheduled folder sync detected document changes. (Case # 00012664)
Fixed an issue in the Requests module where navigating or sorting requests in the grid view displayed an unexpected error screen. (Case # 00012704)
Fixed an issue in audit request CSV imports where assigning requests to invited users caused the import to fail silently without displaying an error message. (Case # 00012730, 00012740)
Fixed an issue in freshness settings where changing a recurring schedule did not update the expiration date, causing controls and labels to remain stuck in an expired state. (Case # 00012749)
Fixed an issue in automated test procedures where editing a test reset its evaluation pass threshold to 0%, resulting in false-positive pass outcomes on failing proof data. (Case # 00012766, 00012767, 00012768, 00012769, 00012770, 00012771, 00012772, 00012773, 00012774, 00012775, 00012776, 00012778, 00012779, 00012780, 00012781, 00012782)
Fixed an issue where a valid user IP address was blocked at the network gateway, resulting in access denied errors and preventing the user from logging into the application. (Case # 00012751)
Fixed an issue in the ServiceNow integration where, in some cases, nightly syncs repeatedly reverted closed tasks back to Submitted status. (Case # 00012729)
Fixed an issue where closing windows used to add records, such as adding a task, locked the scrollbar on the main window, causing page headers and scrollbars to disappear and freezing the user interface. (Case # 00012354)
Fixed an issue in the Jira Cloud integration where downloading oversized issue attachments caused out-of-memory problems, interrupting the synchronization. (Case # 00012796)
.. plus other fit and finish, performance, stability, and security issues — as always!
