Roles and permissions
The following roles can synchronize a Hyperproof task with a ServiceNow task:
Anyone with manager or contributor permissions for the Hyperproof task
After you have created a ServiceNow task through Hyperproof, you can manually synchronize the data between the two outside of the automatic synchronization schedule.
From the left menu, select Work items.
Select the Tasks tab.
Click the Card view icon.
Locate the task you want to synchronize and click the task card to open it.
Click the Sync now link under the ServiceNow task link.
