Added

Customizable start page

Set a personal start page for Hyperproof saved on your profile. The new setting is available on your profile menu when you click your avatar in the top right corner of the Hyperproof window.

  • To set your start page, navigate to the window you want as your start page, click your profile and select Set start page.

  • To clear your start page, click your profile and select Clear start page.

Bulk edit repeating task assignees

  • Managers can now select multiple repeating tasks in the grid view and update the assignee across all of them at once, without having to edit each task individually.

  • Only users with manager permissions on the parent object can bulk edit assignees.

Hypersyncs and integrations

  • New proof type! Hypersync for Okta - Directory Integrations: Provides a list of the AD and LDAP integrations. Requires the View directories and View agents permissions. If you update permissions, you must create a new API key in Okta and reauthenticate your Okta connection.

Addressed issues

  • Fixed an issue where task status couldn't be updated for a task linked to an archived risk. (Case # 00012050)

  • Fixed an issue where event-based repeating task automations on labels or scoped controls were incorrectly triggered by indirect proof uploads, resulting in the creation of unintended tasks. (Case # 00012081)

  • Fixed an issue where reassigning work from a deactivated user automatically deleted the configured task integrations created based on a repeating task template. (Case # 00012140)

  • Fixed an issue where archived risks were visible and selectable as a source when creating a new issue. (Case # 00012155, 00012256)

  • Fixed an issue where archived requests were visible in Work Items. (Case # 00012155)

  • Fixed an issue when filtering the control list by owner, where child control scopes with different owners were incorrectly included if their parent control owner matched the filter. (Case # 00012042)

  • Fixed an issue where tasks were not created with a task integration when triggered by changing a repeating task template's schedule to a date in the past. (Case # 00012148)

  • Fixed an issue on a filtered Program dashboard where clicking the linked controls or labels count generated no results when any of the objects had a Not set health status. (Case # 00012026)

  • Fixed an issue in the controls module where filtering the control list by a scope of "Not Set" generated an error and did not display the unassigned controls. (Case # 00012244)

  • Fixed an issue where users signing in through Microsoft Office 365 were unable to sign in or accept organization invitations because email verification links incorrectly expired immediately. (Case # 00012251, 00012252, 00012258, 00012263, 00012264, 00012265, 00012266)

  • Fixed an issue in the Controls module where filtering by a custom field while the "Expand Scopes" option was enabled incorrectly returned zero results in organizations with hierarchical scopes disabled. (Case # 00012255)

  • Fixed an issue in the Hyperproof EU instance where custom app deployments failed due to blocked authentication connections to Microsoft online endpoints. (Case # 00012270)

  • Fixed an issue where attempting to change the assignee of a closed task from an individual user to a group generated an error and failed to save the updated assignment. (Case # 00012281)

  • Fixed an issue in the Work Items module where filtering requests by their Request ID failed to display the correct matching results. (Case # 00012288)

  • .. plus other fit and finish, performance, stability, and security issues — as always!
