After a vendor has submitted responses to a Risk AI questionnaire, the buyer can review them and email the vendor any potential risks. When the vendor clicks the link in the email, they are taken to a summary screen with the following information:
Questionnaire Status - A chart indicating the number of questions that do or do not have responses.
Risk Status - A chart indicating the number of risks that are open or closed.
Managing risks
On the Risk Summary window, risks are displayed in a tabular view with Open and Closed tabs. Vendors can:
Click a risk to view its details.
Fill in the required fields and update the status.
Save and submit the risk.
