When you have configured your Risk AI questionnaire, the next step is to set up the workflow and project to create a process for the questionnaire to be answered and the answer analyzed. For information on configuring a Risk AI questionnaire, see Creating a Risk AI questionnaire.
To complete the configuration and analyze vendor answers, you must do the following:
Add the Risk AI questionnaire to a workflow. See Adding a Risk AI questionnaire to a workflow.
Add a new project type that contains the workflow and set up the necessary permissions. See Adding a Risk AI questionnaire to a workflow.
Start a project with the new project type and the target vendor, then share the questionnaire with the vendor. See Starting a project with a Risk AI questionnaire.
Wait for the vendor to respond by uploading pertinent documentation. For more information on the vendor process, see Risk AI questionnaire - vendor response and analysis.
Review the results of the Risk AI analysis on vendor responses to your questionnaire. See Risk AI - Reviewing and rerunning automated analysis of vendor responses.
