The Risk AI Questionnaire automatically populates responses from a predefined Risk AI document. This process facilitates a structured, consistent approach to risk assessment by evaluating questionnaire responses in the context of pre-identified risk factors.
Accessing Risk AI questionnaires
From the menu, select Settings.
Select Questionnaires.
The Questionnaires window displays.
From the left menu, select Risk AI Questionnaires.
To add a questionnaire, click Add New >.
To edit an existing questionnaire, click the questionnaire to open it.
To delete a questionnaire, hover over the questionnaire, click the ... (More) menu, and select Delete Questionnaire.
